Week of 9/10 - 9/15

We have had a tough start to our season. Despite the current record I think we have played very well in our past games. There seems to be more team chemistry. The boys played hard in each of their matches. Congrats to the JV squad for winning their first game this past week. We were happy for them. Also congrats to the Varsity boys competing well vs Carthage (not allowing a shot until the 13th min or a goal until the 30th min) and vs Willard (holding them to zero thru the half). We are working hard and hope to find our first win this week. 

Tuesday Home Game vs Central. JV at 5pm and Varsity will follow about 6:30pm. 

Thursday Away Game at Logan Rogersville 5pm

This weekend we have the JV Tournament at Carthage. Here is the schedule. We will provide sports drink for the players at each of the games thanks to a donation from Cliff Star. But depending on if we win Friday and Saturday, it will determine if we will play later Saturday evening. We might want to have some fruit or other food for between games Saturday. If there is a parent of a JV player that would be willing to lead organizing this weekend for us that would be great. Please contact me if you are willing.
