Week of April 15th

We wanted to congratulate the varsity girls playing in their first tournament in Neosho. We lost our first two games, but played a great game vs Fair Grove scoring first. Then heading to penalty kicks in overtime. The Penalty Kicks works by having the first 5 players of each team shoot. Then if needed, we go one for one. Hunter Henson made a great final save to seal the game. 

This week we have a team dinner, conference game, an away game followed by the second of our three varsity tournaments. We are pleased to have help form the WCHS Athletic Boosters to help pay for some rooms for the team to stay the night in Branson at the Grandview Inn and Suites located at 280 Tanger Blvd, Branson. Breakfast will be at the hotel. Players should have money for dinner Friday and possible more for Saturday. We are discussing more about the lunch. We should have more information after our dinner tomorrow night.

Monday 5:15pm: Team dinner at WCHS Cafeteria after practice. 

Tuesday April 16th:  at Branson 5pm JV and Varsity (935 Buchanan Rd Branson MO Map)

Thursday April 18th: at Monett 5pm JV and Varsity (Heading Northing Lincoln st take first right after intersection of Hwy 37 onto Dairy St. about 3/4 mile turn right onto Waldensian Rd. Fields on the left. Map) 

Friday April 19th: at Branson Tournament playing School of the Osage at 5pm at the Branson High School. After game, stop for dinner and to the hotel. Varsity only. (935 Buchanan Rd Branson MO Map)
