Practice Information

We will begin practice officially on August 9th at 6 a.m. Two-a-days will take place all that week with the first session being from 6 to 8 and the second from 9 to 11 a.m. Prior to the beginning of practice, players should make sure the following have been taken care of:

Pre-Season Checklist

1. Have an updated physical turned into coach or on file in the high school office.

2. Bring cleats and running shoes to practice.

3. Bring your NOCSAE approved shinguards.

4. Bring a water bottle.

5. Show up on time and ready for another good season.

There will be a parent's meeting Thursday, August 12 at 6:00 pm. Any parent wanting to volunteer time and talent to the team this year, please be present or contact Coach Schachtner at dschachtner@mail.wccards.k12.mo.us.
